The young people’s programme notes by Active
Music Services for two of our concerts in 2005 were extremely well
received by our young audience. The notes are clearly arranged and
informative to read, even for adults. The kids love the images,
especially those in the Mood-o-meter etc, and being interactively
involved in the performance.

“The Academy of St Martin in the Fields orchestra
have commissioned Active Music Services to write family notes for
a number of their concerts. |
The results have been superb, giving new audience
goers a real insight into the works they have heard. The listening
plans have proved popular from people age 5 – 95! Great work”

The Swansea Festival provides free tickets for local schools
and Active Music Services' Young People's Programme Notes have greatly
increased the students' enjoyment and understanding of the music.
The interesting facts about composers and the activity sheets are
particularly appreciated. Adult members of the audience like to
get their hands on them too instead of the regular programme book!
