CHILD PROTECTION
Active Music Services believes that the protection of young people is crucial and is therefore pleased to state that this web site and all facilities connected to the company adhere to a strict child protection policy
PAYMENT
As orders will be processed via consultation with each client payment will be within 21 days of the invoice date
NON-PAYMENT
If payment is not received within the date specified outstanding invoices will accrue interest at 2% of the quote per month and clients will re-invoiced 7 days after the payment date due.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available after written confirmation has been received
