Swales Catalogue No’s to ensure a quick response.

Posting & Packaging

P & P charges are based on a sliding scale according to weight.

Payment
Payment is within 21 days of the invoice date.
Please make cheques payable to ACTIVE MUSIC SERVICES and send to: - 1A FREDERICK STREET, TRECYNON, ABERDARE, CF44 8ND

Non-Payment
If payment is not received within the date specified outstanding invoices will accrue interest at 2% per month. Clients will re-invoiced 7 days after the payment date due.

Refunds
Refunds are not available after an order has been accepted, confirmed and delivered unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Copyright
International copyright laws protect Active Music Services.
Active Music Services does not condone any photocopying of materials.
Any infringement or reproduction of any material will be seriously investigated.

Speciman Copies
Inspection Copies will be sent on request for 14-day approval.
Clients will be invoiced for copies if not returned in time or a further order made.

Privacy Policy
AMS will not divulge, sell, rent or trade any information to any third party.
Clients names, organisations, addresses and relevant information will be collected for the purpose of reply to requests for information, delivering quotations, invoices, products or relevant information connected to an order placed with the company.

AMS may keep clients informed of the Choral Music Centre Catalogue
via email / fax / post / telephone.
